Thinking of some new aids and interested in what others think and use.Looking at a wind anomometer (Nasa Marine Clipper Wireless Wind System) and auto pilot(Raymarine Evolution EV-1 Wheel Pilot).Some have suggested a self steer option for sailing .

Hi Gary,
I have a clipper that has never been used. Tried assembling it to the mast the first time we used our Mac but it was taking too long so abandoned it. The issue was getting the pivot secured with enough tension to the ends of the spreaders with wire cables to the head unit which was mounted on the spreader bar bracket so that it didn't rotate with the mast. The kit went into storage and hasn't come out since Windermere pre 2020. If I remember correctly one of the brackets got bent (still usable) but I think everything else is fine.
Can't guarantee the batteries will still be 100% as they been in the dark, but if your interested in it and prepared to pay £40 including shipping, it's yours.
