26M weight

Hi All

Has anyone weighed a 26m on a weigh bridge and if yes, what was included on the boat and in total what did it weigh.

I know the figures in the spec and assume this is without the engine but includes all mast and rigging. Am I correct. So, according to the spec, the boat weighs 1125kg. Our Trailer 645kgs. Anchor 7kgs, Engine 113kgs no fuel or water onboard. Total =1890. Everything else can easily be weighed.

Thanks for that John, I will

Thanks for that John, I will follow your lead on that and keep it on my phone. Wow your trailer is extremely light, nearly 400 kg lighter than ours! Would appreciate the photos if you get time.

As for the trip I’m planning on preping after Xmas during our 6 week house sit in Scotland in, as the owner puts it “quite challenging conditions”⛄️❄️💨🌨😮

Hi

Hi

Yes, I got a shock when I put it on a weighbridge.

2300kg with all my stuff on board.

I had to strip everything out to get it to 2000kg

Had to change my car too as I'd been illegal for years.

Hi Keith

Hi Keith

A few years ago I weighed on a weigh bridge fully laden at 2000kg. This was West Mersey double axle trailer and

26X fully laden. I did put dingy and anchor and chain and some other gear in back of my swb Shogun. Prefer to have weight in the car.

Shogun has 3000kg tow capacity.
