I have approached a sprayhood maker in Cardiff Severn Sail to re-use the poles your procured can you send me a picture of the finished article and/or sketches so Josh can make up a hood for me seems I have had these poles just lying around.
What happened to the bracket I ordered can this be sent to me please. I think you were waiting for a sketch of the boom height above binnacle? Well the clearance is 510mm overall but 200mm clearance is need to go over plotter on bracket fitted on top of binnacle. so if the central bracket to attach the mainsheet could be 30mm max this would give a clearance of 280mm to the boom.
Can you send ASAP. I will email you a sketchette............ :!:

I really do want to get a little more protection in the cockpit as my 26x is very basic at present.
Anyone got measurements of spray dodgers on the boats?
I have a CJ marine combined spray hood and cockpit tent on my X would any photos of this help you at all?
Colin, I would appreciate some photos of a 26X spray hood too. We have the materials, but no plan or design to follow, so they would be very useful. Will you be able to put them on the main forum for all to see please? And if you have any pictures or info on Bimini canopies, that would be even better :) !
Hi guys . I have a sprayhood for my 26m that works quite well. Made my local guy under name Advanced Covers in Southampton. Sadly he thinks he may hsve thrown out the pattern but says he will come to.my boat and measure up. It cost me 600.00 but he thought he might be able to fo an association rate.
Also cockpit enclosure zips to it.
