i am selling a 26 X 2002 which is currently in antibes france . My first mac( still owned) is a 26M which i bought in cornwall in 2005 and after exploring s cornwall and thames and east coast over 5 years i decided last year to take it on a sea france ferry to St vallery sur somme and then via somme ,canal du nord,rivers oise and seine we arrived in paris . ( marvellous fun)
Being short of time for canal de burgoyne i later towed this boat to st jean de losne and then via rivers saone and rhone reached Valence . again time ran out and boat was towed to antibes and med .
However i also bought the 2002 26 X in 2008 as it came with a public mooring in st jean de cap ferrat and for 3 years had the privilege of a boat in the med and one in uk .Alas the public mooring is no longer available
So now i i have both boats in antibes which is crazy and the 26 x has to go .if i do not sell it by september i will tow it back to uk but it has the single axle trailer and even with a spare wheel i am not looking forward to 1000 miles of motorway at 60mph .
