Windermere Pictures
I have (a little belatedly!) created a Windermere 09 folder in the Media->Event section. I've given ownership to Mike, Jose, Mark, and Bjorn/Amanda, so you should all be able to upload pictures directly. I don't know how else (if any) were there, or if they want to be able to upload.
Please be sure to resize any photos to no bigger than typical computer-screen size, otherwise you will quickly run out of space in the gallery!

The result of a wonderful sailing trip to england.

Worked nicely and turned out the best week of the year...
Of course that we brought some sun to england in our luggage.

It was nice to see and sail other boats and other sailing grounds...
But the best part was to meet people like Mike, Bobbie, Bjorn, Mandy, Andrew, Mark, ...

Out of interest, where did everyone launch and park whilst up at Windemere in the summer? I'm there right now [without the Mac], for a wedding of a friends daughter, and I can see what a beautiful place it must be to sail on when the rain stops and the sun starts shining. If I've got some time before we leave on Monday, I would like to recce a couple of launch sites for use in the future.

Hi Paul i was up at easter and we launched from windermere marina village,they launched us and recoverd included in the marina berthing fees ,i think it was about £120 for 4 nights inc the launch and recover,you also get to use the marina facilities,bar resteraunt and swimming pool as well as sauna etc,it was a very good stay.
