Hello

I have always found my steering heavy but recently had a chance to try another M and found it to be an order of magnitude lighter.

The other M was out of the water, with the outboard raised. In this configuration it's a real struggle to move the wheel on my boat and it's very reluctant to stay centred and will always fall over to one side. The other M seemed to be happy centred and felt as if it had different gearing, making it all much easier.

Is there some quantitive way that I could assess the weight of my steering and whether there is something wrong?
