Has anyone managed to create a safe certificated gas locker on a 26s? I am trying to get my gas installation passable as I have just put bottle in storage compartment near tiller but have now found out it should be in proper locker with drain.

Hi Greg , if your locker has a loose fitting at the lower edge or is partly open to cockpit and gas cannot drain into the interior of the boat then it should be fine. Cockpit will normally be designed to allow water to drain so for sure gas will drain. Just don't have sparks possible near it...but same goes for any fuel tanks.
