Ok. I have reserved rooms at Best Western Calcot Hotel which is not far from Theale.
At present we have 4 doubles and 2 twins and a single (for Cerian). THESE NEED TO BE CONFIRMED AND PAID FOR BY EACH PERSON/COUPLE DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL. BY 5TH FEB BUT IDEALLY WELL BEFORE INCASE ROOMS GO.
At present they have quite a few rooms. The rate is 55.00 for double or twin with shower and 40.00 for double. Breakfast is extra at 8.00 (I got a reduction from the booking.com price) Rooms are above function room but functions stop at midnight....except maybe ours!.........hotel tel.....00441189416423.....booked under simpson.
We can decide if having breakfast at hotel or at the Bull or not at all.

I am assuming at present that there will be someone willing to share one of the twins (after all we share boats) but will book another single if no takers soon.

Changed my mind, I've booked one of the ensuite doubles for myself & Glenis. We'd have had to catch a stupidly early ferry otherwise (which I did last year!). I was told the £55 includes breakfast, so I'm not sure what the extra £8 is for.

Thank you Roly for organizing the AGM hotel, thats Gail and John Jennings booked in to Calcot Hotel for the Friday and Saturday B&B both nights. It sounds like a busy place so others should book soon. John (Snowflake)
Great, well done everybody. That looks like all who have shown interest so far . There is still one twin on hold but I think ttherewould probably be room for others if they book soon. Im not sure when the special rate stops, possibly 2 weeks before the date.

Sorry error. That was 40.00 for single.
