It's amazing what you can find on the net! A quick search led me to macgregorsailors.com (which is an excellent site, including a lively forum), and they have the full range of manuals online. Go to this page:
http://www.macgregorsailors.com/manuals/
and you can download any manual as a PDF.
You need the one for the 26S, which as I understand it is the generic term for both the centreboard and daggerboard versions of the boat (26C & 26D). I don't think very much else differs between these versions.
