Got a propex heater to fit, we use the Mac all year round so need some heat when not on a mooring with power. Going to put the heater on the inside ofthe port aft locker but keep changing my min where to put the bottle.
Question, where to put the GAS bottle, anyone seen, had ideas on or placed a bottle on a Mac :?:
I use gas for cooking, and I keep the bottle beneath the lift-up cockpit stern seat. It's strapped to one side and doesn't get in the way.

Took the bottle with us this weekend, tried several places but ended up just where you suggested, seems not to get in the way and with a cockpit enclose is protected from the worst of the elements.
Now just to finally decide where to fit the propex heater, on the inside of the starboard rear locker above the rear bearth is winning at the moment.
Had the heater running this Easter weekend< made the boat warm and dry !
