I think this is a first for me, leaving a comment on a forum!
Sorry everyone, can not be at the AGM but hope to join the meeting on zoom if that is set up.
Just finished re engining Sealion after a piston failure near Rothsay in November. Now changed from inboard/outboard Mercruiser to Mariner 60 outboard. Will see if I can make a newsletter item out of it. (of course you may not want it as it is a Hunter motor boat after all!)
Hi David, sorry to hear about your engine issues, but I look forward to seeing you flying past waving soon! Sealion is a lovely goat! I for one, would love to see an article about your modifications.
I'm not sure on Zoom, I think only 3 others have expressed interest, and it's not necessarily easy to set up with a big screen. We'll only have about an hour before the meeting so we may not be able to make it work!
I'll talk to Roly and decide if we want to try it or not. I'll let you know.

Hi I really hoped to come to the AGM this year but our mechanic has arranged a lift out and hard standing to change our engine (more of which to follow)
I had wished to show pictures and described replacing the foresail furling SS cable which was close to breaking (again more later) if I can manage the picture attachments
Ok , final numbers from this feed and a few emails , seems to be 22 people with just one person asking for dietary gluten free. This includes Nicola and the "other" Chris ( friend of Chris Hawkesworth) .
Regarding those wishing to join up for meal / drinks Saturday night , to avoid overloading the forum please contact me directly ( contact details in our membership list ). Roly

David you are more than welcome to bring your Goat to sit amongst all the Swans.
Hi Rick, are you running a zoom link? Depending on time, we may be able to join you.
