This is my first full year, in the water, as a Mac owner (indeed any boat owner) and this is a photographic account of my first coastal hop to the beautiful Harbour of Fowey from my home base in Trevissome, Falmouth.
Very many thanks to all on the Forum who have made this possible and enjoyable - special thanks to BOAT on the USA forum who inspired me (along with my aerospace engineer friend Dangerous Dave Tate) to modify a Raymarine st2000 and install it, along with wired and wireless remote controls below decks.
I'll add comments to the pics and then return for closing comments.

Return to Falmouth

Many thanks Roly.
Well no more pics. To be honest I had my hands full trimming and meat railing and finally taking a few rolls in the genoa.
Before I knew it we were off Falmouth and it became clear that beating in against a rising headwind would take quite a while. So, since we had a fairly imminent tidal gate closing on the mooring, I bit the bullet and motored home.
Picked up the mooring, got the boat squared away and rowed back to the slipway to be collected by the wonderful Mrs F.
It's been a great experience. Thanks so much for all the advice and encouragement.
Next time I will definitely bring my pillow!
